| Are there any upfront costs to my store? |
No, not a penny. The display and stock are provided to you free of charge. |

| Who sets the retail price? |
We do. You agree to sell our sunglasses for a minimum retail price of $12.99/each. You may price them slightly higher if you wish. |

| What would be my store's profit margine? |
Sell our glasses for $12.99 (or higher). NYC Eyewear keeps $8.00 per pair, so your profit would be a minimum of $4.99 per pair. |

| Do we need to sign a contract? |
Yes, there is a standard, simple one page NYC Eyewear Consignment Agreement that each retailer will need to sign. |

| How does the invoicing work? |
When our reps come to restock, the rep will give you an invoice for the total number of empty slots in the display. Simply pay this balance and we’ll restock your display. You may also keep a credit card (Visa, MC or Amex) on file with us to automatically pay your balance – we will mail you a statement/invoice as your receipt. Your are responsible for collecting/reporting applicable sales tax. |

| Is there any minimum volume we need to sell to keep the display? |
We are very flexible concerning sales volume, and will give a store up to 6 months before we make a decision to remove the display based on low volume sales. We also understand that your particular location may have seasonal ups and downs - we'll work with you! |

| I want to signup - how fast will my display and stock be delivered? |
Once you sign our agreement, the display you've chosen and the initial inventory will be delivered and setup in your store within 7 days. |

| Who keeps the display stocked - NYC Eyewear or us? |
Weekly, or as needed, a NYC Eyewear rep will visit your location to restock, count inventory and, if needed, make suggestions to increase your sales. |

| Can a retailer call for a restocking visit, and if so, how long would it typically take? |
Yes, if there is a large sale on a particular day/weekend we can restock within 48 hrs from the time we receive your call. A retailer can call anytime during business hours for any questions. |

| Is there any exclusivity promise from NYC Eyewear? |
Yes, we will grant exclusivity for a store type - for example there can only be one store in each strip mall for all women's styles. Another store in the same strip mall would be allowed to carry only men's styles. We will not give two stores in close proximity the same styles. |

| Who selects the styles we will receive? |
The styles will be selected by NYC Eyewear based on the clientele of your store. For example, a hair salon will receive only women's sunglasses from our top selling styles, a barber shop would receive only men's sytles and a tanning salon would typically get a mix of men's and women's styles. But you know your own clientele best - we're flexible and may fine-tune your selections with your suggestions. |

| Are your sunglasses guaranteed? |
Our sunglasses come with a lifetime warranty. There are no in-store returns - the customer must return the sunglasses to the manufacturer. The warranty details are on a tag on evey pair of sunglasses. | | |
